FCM has expanded its team with the appointment of three new recruits.
The business has gone from strength to strength over the last year, after it welcomed a further three senior members to the team, which continues the expansion of the client service offering following the recruitment of Paul Carney, Simon Garton and Izabela McGrath in 2021. This summer, FCM is also marking a milestone as it celebrates 25 years in the industry.
Samantha Flambard joined the company as Director of Client Services in March. With more than 30 years’ experience in the industry, Samantha brings with her extensive knowledge of cross border facilitation and working on structures created for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, corporations and managed trust companies. In her role at FCM, she will lead the client services team and is tasked with building relationships with existing clients and new prospects, along with developing staff skillsets.
After starting her career in the financial industry in 2017, FCM also welcomed Urszula Polanska as Assistant Trust Manager in the Spring. With a range of experience in the provision of trust and company services to international clients and their families, Urszula is now responsible for her own portfolio of clients, ensuring they are provided with a high-quality service.
Sam and Urszula follow Nienke Bouic who joined the team as a Compliance Assistant at the start of 2022, bringing with her 14 years’ experience having previously worked for Apex Group, assisting various client teams with tax-focused projects. Her current role specifically entails client reviews and a variety of projects that focus on data analysis, new business on-boarding and external reporting for the compliance department.
John Wood, Managing Director of FCM said:
“To provide the greatest service for our clients and continue to act as a trusted advisor, we are committed to attracting the best talent. Therefore, we are pleased to welcome these three highly skilled individuals to our team.
With their combined level of expertise and varied skillsets, the company is in a fantastic position to meet its strategic growth objectives and deliver the best possible outcomes for our clients.’’
