With 26 years’ industry experience, Debra is a key member of our compliance team. She joined FCM in 2016 after working in retail banking and the trust industry. Debra supports our Compliance Officer primarily through the maintenance of policies and procedures, undertaking regulatory oversight on client structures and assisting colleagues with regulatory queries. Debra has won multiple ICSA awards and holds the ICSA Diploma.
