Paul has extensive experience of building trusted partnerships with clients and professional advisers through a financial services career spanning over 30 years. Paul specialises in the development and growth of international corporate businesses and entrepreneurial family investments and joined FCM in 2021 to lead our corporate team. He particularly enjoys active board representation and ongoing CFO interaction to identify, establish and often simplify asset holding requirements. Recent transactions range from single unit to complex multinational acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and listings. Paul is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and sits on the committee of the Jersey Association of Trust Companies.
